Circle of Security Parenting Program

The Circle of Security is an internationally recognised parenting program, designed to help parents understand their children’s behaviours and build closer relationships.

Your child’s behaviour is a way of communicating with you, and this program will help you learn to read the signals.

You will learn how to modify actions through understanding what your children might be trying to communicate.

Feedback from previous classes has been overwhelmingly positive, and I am pleased to be offering this series of 8 weekly sessions again.

This program is only being offered on an individual basis at present. Groups dates will be announced when available.

Bookings and enquiries can be made by calling Rosalind on 0474 095 432

NDIS Participants – You might be covered for Counselling sessions under your NDIS plan. Please talk to your ECEI Coordinator, LAC or NDIA planner.

If your child is aged 0 – 6 and you have concerns with their development, you may be eligible to receive parenting support from the NDIS through the Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) program.

Understanding Behaviours

For parents, carers, grandparents, teachers…anyone interested in understanding more about challenging behaviours and what you can do to help.

Rather than diagnosing and using strategies to control behaviour such as “consequences”, punishments, time-out and reward charts, Rosalind will offer an alternative approach, with a focus on building relationships based on understanding and connection.

Dates for 2020 to be announced soon.

There is no charge to attend this free event, but bookings are essential, and will be limited to 6 participants. They can be made either with Rosalind on 0474 095 432 or through Moruya Chiro and Wellness on 4474 0799

School Readiness

Starting school is an exciting time for your child, and it helps to be prepared. Classroom learning requires a good foundation of sensory and motor development.

Rosalind has been helping children with learning and behavioural challenges for the last 14 years, offering a program to identify and address developmental immaturities that affect learning.

A strong foundation of sensory and motor development is the basis for learning. This free event is designed to help parents to prepare their children for the classroom, offering them the best opportunity for learning, not only in the classroom, but throughout life.

Dates for 2020 to be announced soon.
