Child and Family Counselling
An holistic approach to addressing family issues including anxiety, ADHD, dyslexia, autism and other processing challenges in children.
Child and Family Counselling
Parents generally come to see me concerned about their children’s behaviour. Others are worried that they’re not keeping up at school, or have signs of ADHD, dyslexia or other sensory processing difficulties.
Holistic Counselling can help to address the underlying cause of your child’s struggle, building the foundations for lifelong learning.
Whatever the issue, healing always starts with offering you and your child a non-judgemental place of safety and acceptance, where we can build connection as a foundation for healing.

Hello, I'm Rosalind
PACFA Registered Clinical Counsellor
Since 2005 I have been helping children with learning and behavioural challenges such as autism, dyslexia, ADHD and other sensory processing difficulties.
I use an holistic, or whole child approach incorporating a development movement program, known as The Extra Lesson. This program addresses underlying immaturities in early development that are contributing to their learning and behavioural challenges.
This is done in a safe space where children can feel seen, heard and understood, and are free to talk about whatever is worrying them.
Sessions often include play, songs, movement, games, craft and therapeutic painting to support diverse aspects of your child’s development.
In this way we are working together to create lasting change, helping children to realise their potential for living a successful and meaningful life.
Sessions are available online and in person at Moruya South Head.
