Supporting You as Parents

Parenting can place an unexpected strain on relationships.

You may find you’re not quite on the same page with parenting styles,

feeling out of step with each other, or carrying stress in different ways.

This is very common.

These sessions offer a calm, supportive space to:

  • better understand your child together
  • explore what’s happening for each of you
  • find ways to move forward that feel more aligned

This isn’t about blame or fault—

but about creating space for understanding, support, and connection.

You don’t need to have everything worked out before reaching out.

Sometimes it’s just a vague feeling that you would like things to change, but you’re not quite sure what’s wrong.

You can come exactly as you are.

 

  • No diagnosis, Mental Health Plan, or referral is required
  • Sessions are available in person (Moruya South Head)
  • Online sessions are available Australia-wide
