Understanding the "why" beneath your child's behaviour and learning challenges

Holistic Counselling and Parent Coaching

Parenting can feel especially hard when your child is struggling—whether that shows up as big emotions, anxiety, behaviour, or challenges with learning.

Together, we can create a calm, supportive space to make sense of what’s going on and explore options that feel right for you, your child and your family.

Rather than offering one-size-fits-all strategies, we can take the time to understand your child as a whole—and what might be sitting underneath the behaviour you’re seeing.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or simply wanting to better understand your child, I’m here to support you.

Every Family is Different

Some parents are looking for practical support with behaviour, anxiety, or learning challenges.

Others would like space to explore personal challenges more deeply, particularly when parenting feels overwhelming or brings up strong emotions.

Sometimes parents would like support as a couple, bringing shared understanding and a more connected approach to family life.

Whatever brings you here, we can work together in a way that feels right for you and your family.

Parent Coaching

A practical, supportive space to explore everyday parenting challenges, understand behaviour, and find approaches that feel more manageable at home.

Holistic Counselling

For times when you’d like to explore things more deeply—understanding patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be influencing family life.

Supporting You as a Couple

When parenting creates tension or leaves you feeling out of step with each other, couples counselling can help you understand each other better, and parent as a team.

Circle of Security Parenting Program

An internationally renowned parenting program. Understand your children’s behaviours – build stronger, more connected relationships.

My Approach

My work is grounded in the understanding that behaviour is a form of communication.

Rather than seeing behaviour as something to be suppressed or removed, I see it as bringing us a message—

something to be explored with curiosity and compassion.

In your session, I draw on a range of approaches, including Process-Oriented Psychology, also known as Processwork.

This approach honours your own unique experience, while also respecting what has brought you to therapy.

What You Can Expect

I offer a calm, compassionate and non-judgemental  approach.

A space where you can feel free to:

  • talk openly
  • feel safe, seen, heard and understood
  • process what is happening in your life
  • create the changes you are looking for

In you first session we will start by getting to know each other, and exploring what brings you here.

From there, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you
