Work With Me
Gentle Support for You and Your Child
If you’re feeling worried about your child, overwhelmed by their behaviour, or unsure how to help, you’re not alone.
Many of the parents I work with come feeling:
- confused about their child’s behaviour
- concerned about learning or school
- exhausted by daily challenges
- unsure what to try next
You don’t need to have all the answers before reaching out.
How I Can Help You
I offer holistic counselling and parent coaching to help you better understand your child—and yourself.
Together, we gently explore what may be sitting beneath the surface, including:
- behaviour and emotional responses
- attention and focus
- learning and development
- stress and overwhelm within the family
The aim is to create lasting change, not just short-term solutions.
A Calm and Supportive Space
Sessions are a time set aside just for you.
A place where you can:
- talk openly about what’s been happening
- feel seen, heard and understood
- begin to make sense of your child’s behaviour
- explore a way forward that feels right for your family
There is no judgement, no pressure, and no expectation to get things “right”.
What to Expect
Sessions are usually about 50 minutes.
In your first session, we will:
- talk about your concerns
- explore what may be contributing to the difficulties
- begin to identify helpful next steps
We move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
My Approach
My work is grounded in a holistic, relationship-based approach.
Rather than focusing on labels or diagnoses, I look at the whole picture—supporting you to understand the “why” behind your child’s behaviour.
I draw on Processwork (Process-Oriented Psychology), which respects your own unique path and supports meaningful, lasting change.
Who I Work With
I support parents of children of all ages and stages, including those who may be experiencing:
- emotional outbursts or meltdowns
- attention and focus difficulties (including signs of ADHD)
- learning challenges (including signs of dyslexia)
- anxiety or overwhelm
- school-related difficulties
Sessions
- Available in person and online (Australia-wide)
- No referral or diagnosis is required
A Gentle First Step
Reaching out can feel like a big step—especially when you’re not quite sure what you need yet.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
Sometimes it’s enough to simply begin.
