Online Counselling – General Information
Before your appointment, please check that you have the following:
- Reliable internet connection
- Device with microphone and camera
- Private space where you won’t be interrupted or overheard
Zoom Link
The link to your zoom session will be sent via email a couple of days before your appointment. If it doesn’t arrive, please check your junk emails, and let me know if you need me to send it again.
When you click on the link, you will be taken to a waiting room, where I will enable you to join the session.
Technology or Equipment Failure
If for some reason the technology fails (unlikely but possible) we will continue on the phone. Please call me on 0474 095 432 and we can continue the session.
Getting Know You
Please complete and return these intake questionnaires before your session. It will provide some background information as well as fulfilling legal requirements.

Payment
Payment is due before your appointment in order to secure your spot.
Your fee will be $130 for a 50 minute session, and can be paid by credit card through your booking link.
